Gardiner Angus Ranch Launches Southern Carcass Improvement Project
ASHLAND, KANSAS, MARCH 16, 2009-A unique breeding project has recently been launched to determine just how much carcass improvement can be made in one generation, using high carcass value Angus bulls on typical cows found in the southern U.S. Cowherds in this region are important to the U.S. beef industry as a whole.
